Doesn't ps3 already play ps2, ps1 games and is able to play movies from usb via external hard drive and can have linux installed. I know my 60g does unless I am missing something. Oh I guess maybe the pirated ps1/ps2 games.
This game looks like alot of fun and the level editor is awsome. Kinda like LBP with motorcycles (key word KINDA). I hope they will have multiplayer and you could share levels.

and since TGS is in september, if they do release it this year it will be between october 23rd and november 8th at the Tokyo auto show. They might even reveal it with a new Skyline but thats just my hopes. I can't wait for this game, it's going to be awsome.

is uncompressed sound. If you are running a hdmi cable to your reciver you can get 5.1-7.1 audio uncompressed, if you are using fibre optic cable you can onl get 2.1 uncompressed. If you are using regular rca's you are missing out on some amazing sound. Also when you go to the system settings there is usually a description right under the option and triangle is your friend.
I want to buy a 360 for Forza and couple other games but all these rumors are deterring me from buying one. I don't want to get one and then within two years ther wont be any support. I love my ps3 but hate missing out on good games so I want to expand my gaming experience. Maybe I should just pic up a arcade unit for now.
